New Colonial Home Design with in-law Apt. and family great room This home started out to be a one story home with an In-law apartment in Goffstown NH. Actually started as a camp way back when and Joe home owner added room on top of room. Unfortunately this home had a fire that completely destroyed it including compromising the foundation. Even though it was a total loss it actually help us be able to stay on the insurance budget and make it a two story. If we had to keep the miss match foundation it would have cost the owners more money and they may have not been able to re-build their home. Victorian Addition in Windham NH We designed for this Garrison Colonial, a couple of additions. First off they purchased a Victorian Conservatory off of E-Bay. We designed a foundation plan and addition to migrate their existing home to this conservatory. By doing this they will be placing a wine cellar in that part of the basement. Next we couldn't stop there... We added a second addition to compliment the Victorian Conservatory with a Victorian look addition gathering room with a opened cupola design. Lastly we added a porch to connect both additions to the home in Windham NH. No more Garrison Colonial, now say yes to a Victorian look that is huge on curb appeal.
